Rude, no people skills, double charged us and would not explain why. I was to just accept the charges and move on. Refused to allow me to pay in cash. Stated one bed wouldn't be enough for my husband, my grandchild and myself. I felt she stated this due to us being a biracial couple.

Room was clean but seemed worn out. There were not 'Sheers" on the windows only the black out curtains so either it was complete dark or super bright with no privacy. Most hotels have the sheer curtains too.
